We want you to love your Boody essentials, so we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in 'as-new' condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
